Lisa Mabe, Founder
Lisa Mabe is the Founder of Green Purse based in Washington, DC. Since launching her company in 2010, Lisa has brought over 18 years of expertise in marketing, communications, public relations, and consumer research to her work. She has partnered with leading global brands, delivering campaigns that drive engagement, influence, and sales.
At Green Purse, Lisa is the sole consultant, providing personalized, high-touch service. To ensure top-quality execution, she collaborates with a network of trusted partners, including designers, videographers, and other specialists as needed. Lisa is known for her ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies, helping brands authentically connect with their audiences.
In addition to leading Green Purse, Lisa manages sister companies USA Market Tours and USA Market Research, further extending her expertise in consumer behavior and retail landscapes.
A recognized thought leader, Lisa frequently speaks at industry events worldwide and is regularly quoted in business media. She is also a dynamic workshop leader, offering consumer insights training to help brands deepen their understanding of key audiences.
Before founding her own consultancy, Lisa worked at top agencies, including the creative agency, Mullen Lowe U.S. (in the marketing-to-women practice) and communications agency, Burson.
When not working on Green Purse client’s businesses, Lisa is leading retail tours across the country and conducting consumer research. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, planting flowers, and riding horses.

Awards & Recognition: Lisa's innovative work earned the prestigious Advertising Research Foundation’s David Ogilvy Award for a digital media campaign with Saffron Road and Whole Foods Market, targeting Muslim shoppers during Ramadan, which increased sales by 300%. She played a pivotal role in launching the USA’s first shopper marketing campaign for American Muslim consumers and spearheaded the first fashion retail display promoting regenerative agriculture for Ugg, by Deckers, in collaboration with Land to Market and Savory Institute.
